My First Granny Blanket

It's getting really cold here and there's nothing better for me than watching TV and crocheting on my sofa under a cozy blanket. Even better is the blanket was handmade with love by me :)
Está empezando a refrescar y no hay nada mejor para mí que mirar televisión y tejer a crochet en mi sillón debajo de una manta abrigada. Mejor aún si la manta fue hecha a mano con amor por mí :)
At this time of the year, the three of us enjoy its warmth and as it's fairly big (1,20m x 1,33m) we can snuggle under it together.
En esta época del año, los tres disfrutamos de su calidez y como es bastante grande (1,20m x 1,33m) podemos acurrucarnos juntos.
If you follow me on Instagram, you've already seen some pictures of this blanket but today I want to show it to you in detail.
Si me siguen en Instagram, ya habrán visto algunas fotos de la manta pero hoy quiero mostrárselas en detalle.
Each square is made of seven rows and they are joined using the join-as-you-go method . I used three shades of orange, yellow, fuchsia and black. I finished it with four tassels.
You can find the pattern of a smaller version of the squares here.
Cada cuadrado está realizado con siete vueltas y las uní con el método join-as-you-go. Utilicé tres tonos de naranja, amarillo, fucsia y negro. La terminé con cuatro borlas.
Pueden encontrar aquí el patrón de una versión más pequeña de los cuadrados.
